1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The package is tampered

  • The wrong item is delivered

To maintain food safety standards, opened or used food products cannot be returned.


2. Reporting a Problem

You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

Once verified:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–10 working days


4. Replacement

If stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
This will be your choice.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened packs

  • Products damaged due to mishandling

  • Items stored improperly after delivery

  • Bulk/custom orders
