Our Quality Control Process

1. Thorough Raw Material Inspection

Every shipment of rice, spices, or pulses is first evaluated by our quality control team. We inspect for impurities — stones, dirt, damaged grains, foreign materials — and verify moisture content and freshness. Only raw materials that pass this inspection enter the processing line, ensuring the end product is free from contamination.

2. Precision Cleaning & Grading

Using high-precision machines such as stone separators, multi-graders, length graders and huskers, we carefully clean and sort every grain or spice. The automated process ensures removal of husks, broken grains, dust and foreign particles, achieving uniformity in size, weight, and appearance — critical for quality and consistency.

3. Controlled Processing & Hygiene Standards

Our facility adheres to strict hygiene protocols and follows well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We enforce sanitation standards, regulated equipment cleaning, and safe maintenance of processing areas. Separate lines and handling for rice, spices, and pulses prevent cross-contamination, preserving purity and flavour.

4. In-house Laboratory Testing

We maintain an internal lab where each batch undergoes comprehensive testing — physical inspection, moisture analysis, purity checks, and sensory evaluations (for aroma, color, texture). These checks help ensure compliance with both internal quality benchmarks and regulatory food safety rules before packing begins.

5. Packaging Integrity & Traceability

Our packaging process is optimized to maintain freshness, aroma, and nutritional value. Every package — whether bulk sacks or retail-ready pouches — is sealed, tamper-proofed, and labelled with batch and manufacturing details.
